Hey, I heard you on NPR this morning. It's affirmation of what we already know: that Houston's downtown is becoming a more vibrant place for people and businesses.
Dallas? Not so much.
Thanks for bringing up the mobility angle. I think that this is such a simple thing that is often left out of these discussions, but which can make a HUGE difference. If mobility weren't an issue, we'd probably be seeing the construction boom in Uptown instead.
